SYSTEM_SPECIFICATION // ACCESS_DISCLAIMER
guest@nexus:~/homelab/README.md

1. PRIVATE SYSTEM NOTICE

This portal (kotori-waifu.cc / SYSTEM_NEXUS) is operated strictly as a private, non-commercial homelab navigation environment for personal, family, and friend-circle use. No commercial services, paid memberships, public registration, or consumer transactions are conducted.

2. ACCESS RESTRICTIONS & SECURITY

All hosted backend services and management subdomains are secured behind an identity provider with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via Authelia. Public self-registration is permanently disabled. Unauthorized access attempts are actively rejected.

3. PRIVACY NOTICE (DSGVO / GDPR ART. 13)

Zero Tracking & Local Assets: This landing page is static and completely self-hosted. All web fonts and icons are served directly from our local servers. No tracking pixels, marketing cookies, third-party analytics (RUM disabled), or commercial telemetry are deployed.

Proxy & Infrastructure: Network traffic and TLS termination are securely routed via Cloudflare, Inc. (participating in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) for DDoS defense, edge caching, and firewall security. Cloudflare may set strictly technical, necessary security tokens (e.g. __cf_bm) pursuant to § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG.

Server Security Logs: Origin servers maintain minimal access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URI, User-Agent) under Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest in cybersecurity, server stability, and intrusion prevention via fail2ban). Logs are rotated and permanently deleted after 7 days.

Client Storage: Local browser storage (localStorage) is used solely on the client device for user preferences, game balance, and PIN authentication state. No data is transmitted to external endpoints.

Contact & Data Rights: For privacy inquiries, data subject rights (Art. 15–21 DSGVO), or takedown requests, contact the system administrator at: blyatmanos@protonmail.com.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ATTRIBUTION

All anime character designs, names, illustrations, and multimedia assets remain the intellectual property and copyright of their respective creators, artists, and production studios. They are featured strictly for private, non-commercial aesthetic theming and fandom appreciation. If you are a copyright holder and request removal or modification of any asset, please contact the administrator via the email above for immediate processing.
